Derbyshire Dales will be a
constituency represented in the
House of Commons of the
Parliament of the United Kingdom. It is based on the existing
seat of West Derbyshire.
Following their review of parliamentary representation in
Derbyshire, the
Boundary Commission for England have created a new constituency of Derbyshire Dales, based on the existing West Derbyshire seat.
Boundaries
The electoral wards which make up the new seat of Derbyshire Dales come from the district of
Amber Valley and the entire district of
Derbyshire Dales, after which the constituency is named.
The entire Derbyshire Dales district has added to it the Amber Valley wards of Alport, Crich and South West Parishes.

The new seat of Derbyshire Dales will be fought for the first time at the
UK General Election of 2009 or 2010.
